INTERNET Storefront Services provides a comprehensive package of services to ensure clients succeed in effectively utilizing the vast resources of the global INTERNET. INetSS integrates the various capabilities of the INTERNET to achieve a successful plan for marketing, increasing sales, and improving customer service.

NEEDS ASSESSMENT

To successfully use the INTERNET for commercial purposes, businesses must first identify their needs, wants, and goals related to the INTERNET. The needs assessment provides the foundation required to identify the specific INTERNET tools and resources which can be employed to achieve the stated goals.

Due to the constantly evolving nature of the global INTERNET, INetSS provides consulting services to assist businesses in achieving a manageable needs assessment. Such services include: audio-visual presentations designed to focus on the relevant business area of the client; production of INTERNET resource lists which identify relevant resources; and, referrals to professional training organizations which provide seminars and hands-on training sessions. Such training can facilitate the exploration of the INTERNET by employees and principals, and enhance the quality of ideas related to the generation of needs, wants, and goals.

WWW PAGE DESIGN, PUBLISHING AND HOSTING

WWW pages are the preferred medium for commercial marketing and sales on the global INTERNET. WWW pages are computer screens of information; these web pages can include full color graphics, full color photo-images, detailed text, downloadable files, sound clips, and even video clips. A collection of web pages is often referred to as an INTERNET Storefront. These Storefronts are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Pictures and words can be programmed to reveal new information when pointed to with a mouse by a consumer. This capability to easily "turn pages" is referred to as hyperlinking. Hyperlinking can be easily used to show a consumer specific product and/or service information, or can be used to enable a consumer to travel to related web pages located anywhere on the global INTERNET.

Files created by popular software packages such as word processors, spreadsheets, and graphic applications can be listed within Storefronts, and can be easily downloaded by a consumer at the click of a mouse button . These files can be full color or black & white product catalogs, product updates, product specification sheets, updated pricing information, multi-media presentations, company reports, etc. In addition to files, sound and video can also be downloaded by a consumer in a similar fashion.

Storefronts can also contain fill-in forms to enable consumers to join storefront sponsored mailing lists, order further information, purchase products, comment on products and/or services, etc. Similarly, fill-in forms can enable consumers to electronically write, or Email, specific company contact people.

INetSS provides design and publishing services to ensure businesses achieve the greatest benefit from the WWW medium. INetSS also provides hosting space for Storefronts on an INTERNET server computer. Hosted Storefronts are located within INetSS' MarknetPlace. INetSS hosting service eliminates the need for clients to buy, setup and maintain an expensive computer system.

REPORTING STATISTICS

Storefronts hosted by INetSS benefit from statistical reporting which identifies the number of consumers who visit a particular business's INTERNET Storefront. The frequency of the reporting is reflective of the needs of the client.

MAILING LIST MANAGEMENT

Mailing lists consisting of the Email address of consumers interested in the products and/or services provided by a particular Storefront can be valuable tools for direct marketing on the INTERNET. Mailing lists can be utilized to inform consumers of new products/services, sales, special events, product updates, recall notices, and can be used to elicit consumer opinion.

INetSS provides mailing list set-up services to suit the needs of individual clients. In addition, storefronts hosted by INetSS are provided with quarterly access to the MarknetPlace mailing list.

INTERNET DIRECTORY REGISTRATION & MARKETING

INetSS registers addressing information throughout the INTERNET with numerous directory and list administrator to ensure that consumers on the INTERNET know how to locate individual Storefronts.

Additionally, INetSS publishes press releases in INTERNET Usenet Newsgroups and other information posting sites.

INetSS also notifies local media to further increase the visibility and consumer interest in the Storefront.

INetSS provides consulting services which enable businesses to integrate their conventional marketing practices with the marketing undertaken on the INTERNET.

CONVENTIONAL LEAD REFERRAL

Clients with storefronts located within INetSS' MarknetPlace are provided with the option of receiving faxes or mailings of information requests, electronic mail, and/or purchase orders posted by INTERNET consumers.
